BREFICO SAS was founded in 1968 and monies deposited on behalf of our clients are underwritten by the FNAIM. Our company is managed by Mrs. Karen PIKIELNY, who has 25 years experience in Asset Management and Property Transactions.
Co-ownership Services We manage about 300 properties with a team of 5, which includes an accountant, who provide their professional skills for the benefit of our clients.
Accountancy Our SEII IT system on an internal network means we can provide an immediate response to any request from our clients, prepare clear accounts and monitor bad debts regularly. Naturally, all co-owners are free to make an appointment to come and audit the accounts.
Work The regular suppliers for each co-owned property are consulted when work has to be done and we are assisted in this by engineers or architects when necessary. These companies are frequently asked to provide competitive quotations. Provided the work is accepted and performed correctly, these companies have the assurance of being paid within one month of them submitting invoices.
Transactions Our experience, strengthened by several years of seriousness and rigour, mean we are effective with an average selling time for an exclusive agency of three weeks. We also provide free of charge estimates of property values.
